Although there are things most people know, and still cannot do it. Which is a bigger problem in my opinion. If they had the drive, they could find the right information. But most does not even start.

Imo people usually do what they're told. The issue is they don't question if it's right.
And yes you're correct - most doesn't even start - but I think it's the beliefs that hold people hostage: it's too difficult, I won't make it, it won't work etc.

Definitely. I also think it is kind of the compounding of multiple things. As not one thing make you who you are, but a bunch of things. Therefore I think, multiple things interplay for the outcomes you get.
And one is definitely beliefs. Its a huge one.
