dormant account charges are the most fiat thing that exist and clear sign that you really don't want to be using that service

Kucoin send me a similar email recently. Something about them starting to charge account inactivity fees. I disregarded the email cause they have no means to charge anything.
I had some ACH account setup and no way in the UI to remove the account. Only to change it. Very predatory.
And ofc, have to contact support to close account. No self service.
