It only takes 3 seconds of your voice to clone it with 85% match. If they get hold of 1 minute through YouTube, Instagram or other video sources, they can get to 95% match.
In the age of AI you going need some security safe words or something with people you are close with. Staying calm and asking personal info questions works too unless the scammers are next level and have that info on deck too. Got to verify who you are actually talking too. View quoted note →
Never answer an unknown number, they will record your voice to do these kind of things. let the "answering machine" pick up.

I'M ALWAYS CALM IN STRESSFUL SITUATIONS
This is made possible by out of date technology with no authentication for the end user (all the authentication in the system is designed to benefit the network operators only).

The power of AI is incredible! Time to run 10k relationship scams simultaneously.
I suspect based on no hard evidence, that when you get a call from a random number and pick it up only to not hear anything, that this is some kind of bot farming your voice soundwaves to train ai to impersonate you down the road So don’t answer random numbers, or if you do, at least wait for them to speak first. Even saying “hello?” could help then fuck you if there is any validity to this

Yeah, and just not pick up the phone to unknown And unexpected calls
The caller number was not his mom's, no need to hack that? (wouldn't make sense in the context of the scam)
