Cool. The keysend thing is just how things are and Alby is really the only option for sites like this. You could do some forwarding stuff but that seems like overkill at this scale tbh.

I'm like 50/50 if I'll be able to make it to that time but I definitely want to check this out. Hopefully I can stop by for the next market and maybe join the one after as a vendor!
Cool site and show! I began playing this episode and wanted to say this is a very nice summary of why the spoken word is so powerful. It does change something in you and I hit one of these when reading the book out loud recently and I could feel myself vibrate almost head to toe. There's a biological side (sitting up, speaking clearly with a deep voice) to it but doing so while I was focused on a message made it a pretty good exercise I will try again. View quoted note →
Thanks for checking it out! Emotional Sovereignty is a big passion of mine, so I’m glad you enjoyed the episode. You are correct, physical sensations are a very important force to be listened to. Culturally, were are often told to disregard these internal signals through control and/or distraction—but they actually how immense amounts of wisdom held within (if we listen). Keep up the great work! Best thing about this, is you can continue to try it and simply use your attention to see how your body responds. Those sensations are unique to you, and the wisdom is always available.
