I don't speak a very good english too, practice here is a good way to improve that. I would prefer this universal language would not be the one of a country but a new one. Because it is more easy for the people that have learn english to use and understand it, than another that have to learn it later. I think we should all have 2 languages to learn : - first one of the country we live in - second one an international language that everyone should learn This universal language should be like esperanto, a language very easy to learn, speak, write, read. Without any silly rules for grammar or the way it is speaking.
