This is awesome! Makes me want to play around with some molten natron. Working with charcoal technology is something special for me. I did a blacksmithing course a few years ago & the guy's charcoal was contaminated with sand. You occasionally had to knock out the glass lumps that forned at the bottom of the forge. nostr:nprofile1qqsp2j0df0n36xnsagku53vke5x9f3s6afy9cmjwt2x2gcm43jvd6jsppemhxue69uhkummn9ekx7mp0qy08wumn8ghj7mn0wd68yttsw43zuam9d3kx7unyv4ezumn9wshsz8thwden5te0dehhxarj9e3xjarrda5kuetj9eek7cmfv9kz7zm45up - this site is worth 10 mins of your time

Thank you sir 🫡 Before X decided I was an "inauthentic user" and suspended my account, Marcel Foti was a mutual of mine. I have a copy of his book. I gave a copy to nostr:nprofile1qythwumn8ghj7ct5d3shxtnwdaehgu3wd3skuep0qy08wumn8ghj76mfwa5kyatfd3jx2unn9ehx7um5wgerztnwv46qqg9pxcj8mr900cct7spaxgqxltk2pjw3emr6zcr4us2zctlddjk7vq5gqdrz recently. I have a Moai statue made by Marcel. I mentioned his work briefly at the end of Illegitimate Scholar episode 074. I'd like to use his recipes to make some kind of "Hawks Nest" megalith up somewhere high up in the Rockies :) I figure I'll do the Hawks Nest megalith to mark the location of the mountain bunker library.
