What do you use in stead?
Replacement ?
Nothing.
After being fatty for some days now it’s naturally silky.
Drop the sham, just use the poo
Sir I don’t think your instruction book is correct.
But you see you use shampoo which rinses all the nutrients out of your hair. Then you use the conditioner to (allegedly) put all the nutrients back into your hair 🫠
Gross
This is the scam right here 😂😂
No need for instruction books. Just take life as it comes 💜🐴
Yeah it usually comes with putting shit in the hair. I’ve been focused to much on my instruction books. Fml
Ahead of you there mate I was always to tight to buy it.
I gave it a try for about 4 months. I'm just too damn greasy.

Haha what’s the trend I’ll discover in 6 months but you’re onto now already?
Did you try salt water or eggs?
Brother I’m closing in on a year and life is lavish
🫂
🤙
Been using no shampoo or anything besides water in my hair for over 10 years and it has been great. Just water on the rest of the body too - the way hominids have been cleaning themselves for millions of years before the inventions of soap and shampoo.
This.
Do you still use soap? Pure Tallow soap coming soon!! Please see my profile.

Uff nice! Where do you deliver?
It's easy to say when you don't have any hair on your head.😂
I will be delivering inside the Continental U.S. only to start. Shipping cost are thru the roof. These are 5.5 oz bars made with 100% Beef Tallow, lye, and distilled water. I will be charging $15 for 1 bar, $25 for 2 bars, and shipping is included in that price. Pine Tar Tallow to follow soon thereafter. Pass it on please.
They are back now 😂
Maybe I’ll give that a try!
5mm? 😄
Let me know when they go down your back.
😎🤘 talk u soon. Stay heavy
great picture
Well I am surely not pro modern shampoo. Anyhow soap has been invented about 4500 years ago and today people get much older and are healthier, one of the key aspects is a better hygiene.
A ridiculously good looking trio !
Wer lang hat, lässt lang hängen.
;)
...no 🤔 I just stopped using shampoo and only used regular water. Are you rubbing eggs into your hair with saltwater?
I've been shampoo free for 5 years and yes that coincided with the moment i started shaving my head.
The skin on my had still is (and always has been) very dry meaning I would produce a lot of dandruff.
I fixed that by using some hemp cream after a shave. I get a nice glimmer on my head and even if i shower it takes about three days before it feels completely gone and the rest of the week i will have zero skin flakes coming off.
I still use a wash cloth in the shower usually the day before shaving to exfoliate whatever might have accumulated throughout the week.
Do you still use regular soap? I only use it to wash my hands and armpits because even though i think it's quite normal to smell a bit there i really dislike it if it becomes too bad and regular water will not get rid of it enough.
I would not since I get legit filthy at work.
I haven’t used shampoo in over a year. I do however use Sarah’s Soap (Oshi).
Pv
I use the Born To Be Free soap. And it's amazing!
I haven’t used any in 3 months or so. I agree. Don’t out ‘poo in your hair!
But longer beard than theirs combined
I did that about a decade ago. My hair was greasy (to me) for a short time until my scalp figured out how to maintain its own balance. Literally no one could tell I wasn't using shampoo and my hair was silky. I finally told my husband after about 4 months and he said "ew". So I went back to shampoo but it's so true that it strips your hair and then conditioner supposedly puts the nutrients back. Same for facial cleansers and whatnot. I forgot about that hair experiment I did! Inspired to revisit that and next time keep my mouth shut 😂
Make a video about it 💪
Do you use nothing? I’m on like 6 months here broke through and never going back. I use the odd tallow shampoo bar maybe once or twice a month post hockey that’s it
I use an organic shampoo that is mostly just aloe vera juice versus most standard shampoos are water and petroleum products. Maybe a middle ground option for folks not ready to go zero shampoo.
Did @Derek Ross make you do this?
I have done that for over a year now. Maybe a touch more oily in the first week. Other than that, my hair is every bit as healthy as it ever was. Shampoo is a shitcoin.
100%
No. But I’ve also been in salt water everyday for the transition period. Now my hair is totally fine
My hair has never looked or felt better since I stopped using shampoo.
same i just use firm soap like shampoo every few days/weeks it’s also good for travel because not a liquid
I go months without using shampoo
I stopped 4 months ago, and will keep going.
Have done the same for about 6 months so far, doing great 😁
4 years here
I haven't used shampoo for 3 or 4 years. I love it when people ask what I use for my hair. 😅
2 years in
your hairs will grow better
Ten years ago.
Wow, I honestly didn’t know this was a thing until I saw the comment section! Does your hair feel greasier since you’ve made the switch? Or does that level out after X number of days?
Haven’t touched shampoo in over 2 years
Just eggs and coconut oil 🌴
Hair never looked better

View quoted note →.. people think I did that cuz I was anyway going bald .. I actually shaved my head to save on shampoo 🧴 :-)
😩😩
Toothpaste is a psyop too.
Agree, totally unnecessary
Been a few months for me and I’ve noticed my scalp is less dry
What’s an alternative?
Been a few months for me and I’ve noticed my scalp is less dry
What ratio do you use?
BREAKING: My son approves of this news!!l
2 eggs & a large tablespoon of coconut oil 🤝
Agree. Most modern shampoos aren't good for you but a shampoo with the right ingredients would be a great middle ground. I don't use shampoo as much anymore but like a nice organic plant-based shampoo for when I do want to wash my hair.
I almost never use shampoo or anything else, been like that for years. Only when it gets really dirty (mud/grease/etc.)
I guess there is a relationship with the amount of hair?
Mostly, but I only cut it once a month or so. My hairdresser started screaming at me :-)
The hair doesn't care, the skin does.
Water and a toothbrush lol oil swish for gum health
I’ll look into this more 🧐 I have seen homemade tooth paste recipes but haven’t considered removing it completely.
soap will not kill you. use it wisely
