Doing hard things is much more fun in theory. I think that's why many people don't move their content to Nostr. When you have easy, consistent engagement on a different platform, posting to a place with limited likes can feel like a pointless chore. Do it for a year and you'll be glad you did though. Cross-posting to Nostr is just as easy as it is on any other platform, but the long-term rewards are far greater. You're building your voice in an uncensorable, unconfiscatable space where people pay you if they like what you post. I get that other platforms have larger audiences and more potential for virality, but putting in the work on Nostr has the highest payoff in the long run. You might as well build on it passively. image

It's useful for those who have a large, entrenched audience. But I for one think if a content creator starts working with Nostr, they should absolutely tell their audience about it.
