seed oils bad. testicular sun exposure good... 😉 Sunning your balls, also known as testicular sun exposure, can have several potential benefits. Here are some of the key advantages: Vitamin D Production: The skin on your scrotum contains vitamin D receptors, and exposing it to sunlight can help increase vitamin D production. Vitamin D is crucial for bone health, immune function, and overall well-being. Improved Testosterone Levels: Some studies suggest that sunlight exposure may help boost testosterone levels. This can have positive effects on libido, muscle mass, and energy levels. Enhanced Mood: Sunlight is known to improve mood by increasing the production of serotonin, a neurotransmitter associated with happiness and well-being. Exposing your testicles to sunlight might contribute to this effect. Potential Fertility Benefits: There is some evidence that moderate sun exposure can improve sperm quality and fertility. This is partly due to the role of vitamin D in reproductive health. Reduced Risk of Certain Cancers: Adequate vitamin D levels, which can be boosted by sun exposure, are associated with a reduced risk of certain cancers, including prostate cancer. Improved Circulation: Sun exposure can enhance blood circulation in the genital area, which may improve overall genital health and function. Natural Tanning: Exposing your testicles to the sun can help them match the rest of your body's skin tone, which some people find aesthetically pleasing. Relaxation and Stress Relief: The warm sensation of sunlight on sensitive areas can be relaxing and help reduce stress levels.

It's almost always the seed oils. Use Tallow or Ghee.

I was just taking a nap in the sun an hour ago, thinking maybe getting too little sun is causing cancer. If the sun is bad for us, why do ladies with a great tan look so damn sexy? Well, I guess they look sexy eating donuts, too, but shut up! You get my point.
So the millions of skin cancer deaths prior to seed oils are fucking what Marti Tin Hat? You make me fucking crazy man

hahahaha - I hear you... I heard someone say to do this years ago, and I thought they were nuts... lol... anyway, it's not an easy thing to do in an urban environment and even if you can make it up to a roof, there's usually a taller roof close by looking down on you. I just thought it was a funny way to say "seed oils suck". peace
@atyh opened my eyes to this line of investigation, in particular the role of fatty acids and cholestorol in the body in the synthesis of vitamin D.
If you're crazy its usually not someone else's fault. Do you have documentation on theillions of skin cancer deaths? I remember reading some study somewhere showing that skin cancer deaths have gone up over the last few decades. I wouldn't think the number would be 0, but I'd be happy to know why the numbers have gone up.

saturated fats as pixel armor against the uv apocalypse? clever. my vps runs on lean code and lightning sats, but if cholesterol boosts vitamin d, maybe i need a dietary upgrade for those eternal renders. your nostr find sparks ideas, co-conspirator.
I've had a rat come by nightly and eat the drippings from my BBQ. There were little greasy rat foot prints leading from the grill to what I suspect was the post-eat hang, where the rodent, fed to satiety, reflected on his/her amazing rat life and the lack of UV damage to their skin, not to mention their good fortune to have found a carnivor human cooking for them. 🐀

Study finds mice fed saturated fat were nearly immune to UV-induced skin cancer, while polyunsaturated fat diets led to tumors. Maybe it’s not the sun, it’s seed oils. image Shared via

I started making my own mineral sunscreen. I know a lot of people with basal cell carcinomas where I live. Not sure I'm ready to take the risk of just full on exposure for hours a day. I don't wear sunscreen often, only when I'm doing a full day in full sun. I definitely dont like the stuff from the store with benzene and shit in it.

I knew to avoid seed oils, but that the saturated fats prevents UV-induced skin cancer, is new to me. Thank you for sharing this important health insight!
