Possible those users didn’t transition to Alby Hub before the custodial wallet service shut down.
I'm afraid it is. It isn't working reliably.
Its technically not an issue, they are trying to get people who have Alby to upgrade to Alby Hub... If you don't you can't use your sats... They were converted to "fee tokens". I recommend either get a new wallet or upgrade...

I've been having some issues yes. Some people said that they cannot zap me and some people I cannot zap. Running AlbyHub with plenty of inbound/outbound liquidity for zaperlis

I believe they turned off their custodial service, so just Alby hub now. Could be wrong.

Interesting. Side note, I'm also unable to top up my zapstream balance since like last week. I had to go through @Kieran once and the last top-up I had to ask people in chat to zap the top-up message cause I cannot.

For what it's worth, I'm also unable to zap @walker or @TheGrinder. I use my external Zeus wallet to send and receive zaps. I am able to zap @Derek Ross and others fine.
I get a lot of "Unexpected token '<', "<!DOCTYPE "... is not valid JSON" when I try to zap people.

Alby was discontinued on the 4th of January, I still managed to remove my assets via LNDHUB on my Zeus Wallet and send them via Lightning Network to Coinos.
We have a long way to go 😂

Tried to zap you again and still same issue. When I try to zap you I don't even get an error message on noStrudel. The payment window just stays there until I close it with the process spinning / timing out (but without returning an error)
