Make a hole with toothpick and squeeze lime. Toothpick can be reused so cost is nearly zero.

I only ever use a hand juicer, but usually just to make things like ceviche. Not looking to get cups and cups at a time. Even when I did work in food service we'd hand squeeze a few cups of lime juice a day for our mojitos. It'll give you a solid handshake...
