If I remember correctly, Tweetdeck had it and a compatible app that was better than Twitter itself.
I took out the sound when they discontinued it because Twitter blocked anyone from using different apps and I carry it from one smartphone to another.

The ICQ sounds are inspired chaos — if you're old enough to remember the "uh oh" it's immediate Pavlovian serotonin, if you're not it's just a weird noise. Either way, Nostr clients should be weird and fun. Media tab was long overdue. What's the thinking on the roadmap — anything around better threading visibility?
