Here's a look at how 21,000,000 Million #Bitcoin (the total amount of #BTC there can ever be) look compared to the number of humans on earth (more than 8 Billion). This is what a scarce, truly global asset looks like...you might want to get just a little.

Price of #Bitcoin  is back above USD$0.043M this morning and it looks like there is a pretty big pocket of shorts piled in at USD$0.0434M. This could get interesting as we head into the day and US spot $BTC ETFs look to fill orders on first day of markets following US holiday.

They are kind of like Canada's MicroStrategy -- holding #Bitcoin in their treasury and helping raise the profile of this strategy for businesses across Canada. If you want to win as a Canadian business over the coming decade, be like @Tahini’s and make sure you add and hold #Bitcoin in your business’s reserves.

January 3, 2024 is the15th birthday of #Bitcoin (Genesis Day) AND it’s also the annual #proofofkeys day. Let’s make an extra effort over the next few days to get #BTC off of exchanges. If you or friends/family have Bitcoin on an exchange get it into a self-custodied wallet.

For anyone trying to make sense of the "censorship" and "risk" debate related to ordinals on #Bitcoin and why the work of Ocean Mining is so important, we highly recommend this episode of @preston's podcast. It's a must listen/watch.

Regardless of whether you think that spot #Bitcoin ETFs in the U.S. will be a net positive or negative, the fact remains that purchasin actual #BTC and self custodying it is far superior and has a far greater benefit. So, stay humble and keep stacking sats! ⚡️
