Salmon Salad night! Busted out the big bowls. Wild caught salmon with a ricotta, goat cheese and herb warm dressing. Some apples and sourdough croutons for crunch. Salads go over so well in our house because everyone gets to customize their order. One with no mushrooms and some French dressing drizzle. One with no croutons. One with ranch… and everything for me.

We recently moved…. Found the wine but can’t seem to find the wine glasses. @Ben Justman🍷 is the highball glass an appropriate substitute? At least I found the bitcoin wine! @Peony Lane Wine
