@less, in your pod with @walker you spoke about the debt refinancing cycle, approximately every 4 years since GFC, necessary for business but does this liquidity crunch that eventually gets supported by central banks also affect the real estate markets as well & the refinancing of mortgages? Hi @Jeff Booth , in your most recent podcast with @Robert Breedlove , you say we are getting less and less productivity out of ever increasing debt, which is true, but do you see any signs that perhaps some of this increasing debt will be used more productively, say in supporting AI development, and that this rate of ever increasing less productive debt could relatively decrease as more productive debt is created? And if so, how does this start to affect things in the longer term assuming this trend exists/continues? Thank you.

The one thing I always ask myself, “has anything fundamentally changed on the base layer?” So far the answer has always been “no”. So, I continue down the road of the unknown.

“The right to write on the ledger…” The fact that we can simply buy bitcoin, privately and securely, holding in self-custody, is a massive honour and privilege. We are the lucky generation at the genesis of it all. Absolutely incredible. And to do so on the base layer… amazing.

The clip below got me thinking. 🤔 As #bitcoin continues is adoption phase and monetizes various forms of capital currently held in a variety of more physical and/or more fiat forms of capital preservation, the physical world could begin to look a little rough over a significant period of time. As the capital is sucked out of buildings, bonds, etc., the entropy of the universe will continue is never-ending onslaught. Capital being preserved in the vacuum of cyberspace, relatively frictionless in regard to the forces of entropy will not be deployed into physical space until the right conditions present them selves. Living in 🇨🇦 right now, after a 10-year Trudeau socialist/communist ideologically driven high student council running the show, intentionally missing dozens of mega-infrastructure projects around the abundance of resources we have, feels very heavy. The dark is dark. The taxes are suffocating. It’s driving all forms of capital out of the country. This won’t turn around quickly. Thank God for #bitcoin ! The healthcare system (fReE!) is rough. No signs of significant development on the horizon. Cost of living ⬆️, standard of living ⬇️. Heroes will be forded in this time. I’m 42 years old with a young family. It still makes sense for me to stay here for now. But this life will be an adventure no doubt! I’m here for it, I’m ready. LFG!

A part of me really wants to become the 51st state. Canada’s natural resources and overall territorial boundaries would be a massive contribution. It’s interesting, the infamous book, The Sovereign Individual, the author describes how Canada could be one of the first states to dissolve. The Canadian wokies would probably physically dissolve as well. A sight to be seen!

@Lyn Alden Was there an era when sound money was more adhered to and productivity was accelerating such that prices actually went down? Can you point me to any resources of this era?? Is it in your book, “Broken Money”?
