The Market Liquidity score has risen, but Bitcoin’s price is lagging. Let’s see if it closes the gap tomorrow.
Sentiment isn’t looking great at the moment. I use the Deribit spread of the furthest expiration date as a sentiment tracker.
A spread between 10% and 12% is considered normal. Around 8% signals a depressing sentiment, while anything below 8% indicates capitulation.

In the last move up, the USDT rate was trading at a discount and not a lot of Coinbase Premium.
This move the USDT discount almost disappeared and has a relative large Coinbase Spot Premium (versus BTC Index price).

This time with slightly lower Open Interest compared with 17th of January.
More import, funding rates 2 times lower.
This move up looks healthier. Spot driven.
