Not sure if anyone will read this but even though 2023 has been a better year than 2022 it still has been a challenge for most of us who don’t fit anymore in the groups we used to. Always good to listen to a real debate between 2 intelligent people with different POVs and managed almost impeccably by @Peter McCormack. George had some good points but he is an example of what exactly @Jeff Booth always mentions, the more you know and benefit from the current system the less able you are to visualize a different one.

Spent the night talking about economics with a hard Keynesian… he couldn’t answer coherently any question I asked. Thanks @Saifedean Ammous for your last book Principles of economics, he literally left the conversation scratching his head and so confused even though he seemed so confident at the beginning of the conversation. It wouldn’t surprise me if he orders the book tonight.

Couldn’t wait for the Kindle version! Hopefully that little foot in the right will eventually read this as a thing of the past… Looking forward to go through it, thanks for this @Lyn Alden!
