George had some good points but he is an example of what exactly @Jeff Booth always mentions, the more you know and benefit from the current system the less able you are to visualize a different one.

Spent the night talking about economics with a hard Keynesian… he couldn’t answer coherently any question I asked. Thanks @Saifedean Ammous for your last book Principles of economics, he literally left the conversation scratching his head and so confused even though he seemed so confident at the beginning of the conversation. It wouldn’t surprise me if he orders the book tonight.
