The Simple Meal (Taoist)
A simple meal cooked without drama is Taoist liturgy. Chop, steam, sit, taste. Gratitude is the salt we often forget. We thank the gardener we will never meet, the fire, the bowl. Zhuangzi's cook Ding found the Way in an ox, not in a treatise. The kitchen can be a place of wu wei if we stop fighting the onion. Eat what is here. That is already alignment.
