There are so many incredible artists that will never be discovered or paid if the music industry continues on its current path. Maybe instead of sending hundreds of dollars a year to Spotify, pick five small artists and send them five dollars a month. It might not seem like much, but it could change our lives if you’re consistent with it. 1,000 true fans doing that is really all it takes to create a sustainable career, so I hope you’ll be one of those fans for me, and any other small artist you want to see succeed 🪄
I truly believe we are ushering in an era where artists don’t have to contend with middlemen, labels, and predatory platforms solely to get their music heard and supported, and with tools like Tidal and Cash App, that era is getting closer every day 🩷🧡✨
