Wisdom On The Web
Enjoy reading Will’s book review of Linchpin by Seth Godin. Linchpin covers a topic that every person who wants to thrive in the workplace should work on being indispensable and irreplaceable. Seth argues that you must be a linchpin in order to succeed. A linchpin is something that holds together the whole organization, similar to a keystone for a bridge. If the linchpin or keystone gets destroyed or removed, everything falls apart. (Link is below)

Uplifting Extra
Some stories are so quietly powerful that they stay with you long after you finish reading. This first chapter from Journeys Beyond and Within is one of those stories. It’s a beautiful reminder that personal growth often begins long before we realise it, sometimes in the smallest moments of childhood, in the places where we first felt limited, curious or quietly determined. If you’d love something uplifting and deeply human to read today, you can learn more about Priyanka Gupta's book here. You’ll watch a young girl discover the earliest sparks of independence inside a world that kept trying to shrink her. It’s the kind of story that gently nudges you to notice where your own strength was born and why it has never really left you. (Link is below)
