Wisdom On The Web
Some days feel heavier than others. You do your best to stay positive, yet life can throw curveballs, unexpected losses, relationship shifts, money worries or the quiet exhaustion that comes from holding it all together. Thatâs why I wanted to share something simple and powerful today. Rise above lifeâs challenges with this audio. Itâs a guided self-hypnosis track designed to help you reset, not by forcing positivity, however by naturally retuning your mind toward calm, strength and clarity. The âRise Aboveâ track blends guided hypnosis with sub-audible sound wave technology to gently shift you into a deeply relaxed, higher vibration state, where new, empowering thought patterns take root. Life Power Tip
Install support structures. In training children for independence we might install various structures to assist e.g. steps to stand on for reaching the bathroom sink, a special mouth piece on mugs to learn drinking from cups, playing with an older child to model certain skills, name labels on clothing so items are returned. Similarly, when adults want to adopt new behaviors, we may need learning aids to assist us. Consider the possible âtoolsâ that you could put in place for yourself when you decide to adopt a new habit.
Action
Remember the enormous effect that your thoughts have on your well-being.
Challenge
Leave all places you visit, better than you found them.
Quote
One of the greatest surprises you will experience is when you discover that you can do what you were afraid you couldnât do. Your obstacles will melt away, if instead of cowering before them, you make up your mind to walk boldly through them. -Max Steingart
Clearing
If you die, could your family find at their fingertips, all the paperwork?
Question
What could you do to remain in the present moment more often?
Affirmation
I choose to be harmonious.
Uplifting Extra
Historian Robert D. Richardson whose last biography chronicled the intellectual life of American transcendentalist Henry David Thoreau, now tells the remarkable story of one of Americaâs greatest thinkers, (ad) Ralph Waldo Emerson. How do Emersonâs ideas about freedom hold up in our age? Did this 19th century abolitionist and philosopher embrace the world around him or retreat into the world of ideas? (Link is below)
