Some information.. spoke to 2 people today from 2 big banks in South Africa. Both deep in the data space within the organizations.. One said banks are a necessary evil and believe they have the right to control money for “terrorist and nefarious” reasons and the other (elder lady) - says fuck the banks and she is riding it out and making as much money as she can until retirement.. Asked what causes inflation.. crickets.. none of them have a clue.. it’s scary how early we are.. They both said XRP is good and typically I asked what it does - “replaces swift” - I vomited my steak I was eating… Showed circulating supply and total supply and they both had the oh fuck that moment..
