Finally taking the leap to fix my vision the natural way… I have a -4.5 prescription and expect to be glasses/contact free within the next 3-4 years… it’s going to be a long road, but after seeing the results of several friends who have had success with following the endmyopia.org free program, I’m ready to get this done Picking up my distance and reading glasses tomorrow and ditching the contacts… will track results with daily vision measurements and report back progress in a couple month
