If one likes picking heavy objects off the ground, which I do, of course there is always the deadlift, but I find it hard to believe there is a better exercise than the 1 Hand Hard Style (correct hinging, breathing, tension, torque) Kettlebell Swing, as the ultimate bang for your buck exercise. If I could only do one exercise for the rest of my life, it would be this. It astounds me how few people use KBs (or at least how it seems to me). I’m blessed to have come across Pavel Tsatsouline’s work years ago.
