Shocking, floundering chancellor looks to blame something that took place 9 years ago for the fact she made some pretty questionable decisions a year ago and the consequences are that she is out of her depth, borrowing costs are going parabolic (gradually then suddenly) amd, not helped by her or her party, the economy could be about to nosedive?
