Decentralization has its drawbacks. For example, I mostly use custodial lightning from @river. The UI is just much better. I’m fine with the risk because it’s small amount of bitcoin, and a bitcoin only company with proof of reserves. I would not be ok with those drawbacks in bitcoin itself. Same goes for nostr.
