A slightly off-topic question, but would really appreciate your answer. How do you view the 10y2y yield curve as a leading indicator of recessions? Specifically the idea that the yield curve “un-inverting” leads a recession by some 4-12 months? Happy New Year!

I've been doing some similar calculations with annual % return. Coingecko has historical data you can access quickly. FYI for future reference. Thanks Doc!

GM and Happy New Year Dr. Jeff! Do you personally live on a bitcoin standard? As in holding zero USD? If so, curious what services you use to facilitate this?

This would put 2025 average monthly closing around $252k.
Cool! I've crossed over and started living a more bitcoin standard lifestyle. I still have a fiat bank account, because some things can only be paid with checks at this time, but I'm excited for this change. Thank you, @jack mallers and @strike for pushing me across the finish line, and for everyone else who nudged me closer to that point over the years. Bitcoin wins, and we win the more we embrace it.
