Perhaps @BITCOIN DADA (Kenya) or @Brindon ⚡️ (Uganda) might have, or might know someone else who has printed copies.. though I know postage can be challenging there too. You are welcome to print a copy or copies if you like at a local printer. The book is published under a non-commercial Creative Commons license. That said, you are welcome to sell them to cover the print cost.
