Honestly yesterday’s rest was so helpful. It’s still extremely bruised, but I’m hopping along and the swelling is lessening. Thankful for the rain today so I can be back on my feet tomorrow (?).
This is what I have had to learn over the years. Rest when needed helps in the long run.
