Genuine question on that one, would you not think Bitcoin being a global currency would already be, a s slope to "the mark" Does that mean sharing my contact info by tapping phones is also the mark? Or unlocking my hotel room door with my phone? If those are fine, then the tap isn't the problem—the banking system is.
