My comment had nothing to do with caffeine, but rather blaming energy levels on caffeine or lack thereof.
Most people I see who are trying to figure this out are doing everything but lifting weights & playing a sport.
Doesn't even have to be heavy weights, just something consistent over time.

I see, that makes sense. I do think caffeine can create dependency over time, but I agree that the number one biggest factor is actually just getting outside or in a gym and moving your body.
Caffeine disrupts circadian rythm, so it's valid to "blame caffeine" on low energy levels.
