When you share Youtube links, they often contain a tracking code by the name of `si=something`. It's perfectly save to remove this (and other) parts of the URL to make sharing more safe. A good YouTube URL should look like this: https://youtube.com/watch?v=video-id (rule of thumb: remove everything after and including the first "&") or https://youtu.be/video-id (rule of thumb: remove everything after and including the first "?") Doing this does not only improve your security, but the security of everyone opening your link. Happy sharing! Nostr clients should spot tracking tags in drafts and offer to remove them before posting.
