I've been told in 2017 (I can in 2020), it became rather obvious who the bad guys were towards the end. Is it not as obvious now with statements like this? Haha

All those banks are used to sending transactions around with XML schema definition *templates* so i doubt they would bat an eye at the idea that there should be filters on their incoming bitcoin transactions.
