Mechanic is a deluded clown. "Nodes have no incentive to relay tHe SpAm." Yes, they do. Because they will wind up in blocks, and your node will download and validate them anyway BECAUSE THEY HAVE TO in order to validate your own money.
Enough with this delusional and imaginary nonsense pretending running a node is some altruistic service. That is a debunked nonsense meme.
If you are running a node for any other reason than verifying your own transactions, you were sold a fairy tale.
If you aren't using your node for that, cry, run something else, shut it down, no one who understands how Bitcoin actually works cares.
A node not used for validating your own transactions is completely useless, and does nothing for the network besides provide relay bandwidth.

Of all the people who ought not be calling others deluded clowns - you are at the very top of the list.
You look like a cunt. Stop drama. No cool. Un smart.
Bla bla bla... Running @Bitcoin Knots
How does me helping relay your favorite kiddie porn pics help my node verify bitcoin transactions? No thanks, running knots.
Can we rather bring up again the discussion on why we cannot change at consensus level?
Not saying I want this, but it seems like the conversation at meme policy got to a stall and it’s not useful anymore, maybe talking about at consensus level at least might be more productive
True friend 🤷♂️
We have been telling these retarded clowns that for two years. Instead they'd rather be toxic deceptive shitbags misleading people.
They have seriously done more damage misleading people and undermining Bitcoiners understanding of Bitcoin in the last two years than Bcashers have done in the last 10.

As a new Bitcoiner I was indeed confused at first, but this debate gave me the opportunity to dig deeper into the nuances and further my understanding a lot!
In the end I agree with your position dude: a system that is truly censorship resistance for every use, and the market players ultimately decides what is most valuable. The best defense is to be as open as possible
Love the perspectives you bring man, cheers
A soft fork limiting the size of a transaction has recently been discussed:

Hi everyone, as you might have heard, several mining pools announced today that they will partner up in supporting the mining of non-standard tran...
Exactly
You’re still confused
We proudly run our Bitcoin Knots nodes.

Not confused... Compromised
When you have to turn to name calling, you're arguments are probably lacking the quality needed to change minds.
Are you actually incapable of understanding his point or are you intentionally misinterpreting it?
go on, see u in a year
sorry dude super late reply, I missed this!
So, in the end I think opening OP-return like it has been done is the best defense for pushing out spam forever, I'm thinking like "the best defense is the open free market that pushes out spam, rather than having a "defense wall" against them, since there's always a work around these kind of defenses". Don't get me wrong, I shiver everytime I think that btc, the greatest revolutionary freedom tool that we have, is used for shit like this because of greedy bastards.
I'm fairly new to btc, but this op_return seemed to have divided ppl who are actually aligned (like you me, we both want and look at btc only as money, but we disagree on the details on what is the best way to achieve this)
On the other hand we agree that Core seems to a big problem. Even if I ultimately agree on the "what", I disagree on Core "why" on this op_return thing. I mean they were justifying it with phrases like "they are valid transactions", "cannot define what spam is", and the overall convo seemed to be centred all around miners well-being. And also the whay the change is being pushed. All these are huge red flags for me. This time I am in alignment with the "what", but if the "why" and "how" of core continue like this it's only a matter of time....
I also reached out to some core devs attempting to show that maybe their communication manner was not ideal, and withouth a change in this there will be many more problems in the futiure (they didn't address these points). I'm just trying to help somehow man I don't know 😃
Also, can we somehow kick out Peter Todd from the btc project? My god what a threat to btc he is
With love man, Fernando
Why does anyone take this masked incel seriously? Dude looks like some antifa clown on his way to a protest.
Physiognomy holds true yet again.
Run knots.
