Day 27/31
Moose season is soon approaching and that was quite evident in the gym today. I was surrounded by men grunting as they were working out and it literally sounded like they were doing moose calls in tandem with one another. The testosterone was thick in the air this morning!
Upper Body:
12-15 reps x 3 sets
Tricep Pushdowns 30kg
Lat Pulldowns 30kg
Tricep dips 90lbs
Seated fly 30kg
Reverse grip PD 30kg
Rope pushdowns 20kg
Knee tucks on bench

If you could only do 1 exercise every day for 31 days...what would you do, and why?
I think I'd do heavy Farmers Carries and mess with distance and incline.
Every single day… I would choose walking a set amount of steps for heart health and mobility. I believe muscles need some rest in between and shouldn’t be strained by daily overuse.
Open season on moose? Or is that meese?
