These are so cool! Definitely not without flaws, but those were mostly self-induced. I thought I had a high power spray bottle for washing off the backs to expose the blue gravel, but I couldn't find it. I should have looked for it before I started, but I didn't. By the time I gave up looking, the cement was too set to wash away. That didn't stop me from trying, though. I took the little tray outside in the dark and tried to spray them off with my garden hose. That wasn't working, so I threw the hose to the side, and it landed at a wonky angle, spraying me in the face. I panicked and drop the tray. Now I have 1 broken domino :( Aside from that, these are awesome. The faces are shiny and defined. The fish tank gravel will work, i just need to be a little more prepared and a little less impulsive🫠 I still need to clean up the edges with a file, glue the broken one, and seal them. I might tape over & paint the dots, too. I'm unsure. This set will either be my own or driveway filler, so every experiment is okay. Minimalism is usually boring but it kinda works here. I'll be trying another set later today. The question remains: what kind of storage container suits concrete dominos?
