Why do wired headphones have less of a magnetic field? Isn't the speaker driver magnetic just the same?

The driver itself is similar, yes.
But in wired headphones, the only changing (time-varying) field comes from a relatively low-power audio signal.
Bluetooth headphones add a local amplifier, battery, and RF transmission right at the ear, so you end up with more going on than just the speaker driver
