TBF, if that happens, nothing else works/helps anyway. Can spend in gold and FIAT will be useless. Stablecoins? Just digital fiat they can control depending on if your anti/islam/israel or not.
If he was being given unlimited money, he wouldn't have needed to boost his preferred shares yield to 11.5%. he'd be at like 4% matching markets.
So what to use instead?

for many, obtaining an ETF is easier than getting bitcoin, you just give your papers, the money that in theory is worth the same as the bitcoin you bought and they only give you a paper in which according to that bitcoin it is yours but it is the same as a share.
Hedge yourself with Monero (and even bcash, as minera need to go somewehere).

It's easy yo spot those still trapped in the fiat economy, that hope to improve their situation by investing/gambling on Bitcoin without doing the hard part.

Nice bit of preaching there. Not a lot of knowing though. I've done my bit for the industry, I spent years doing it. Teaching people, making wallets, doing conferences, setting people up mining etc etc etc.
I'm currently working part time for a large well known charity, supporting vulnerable people local to me.
