Strike/River/Swan all allow you too deposit directly to them. Every payday I send a specified amount. My employer has no idea, just another bank account to them. Converts straight to sats.

I do it there, too. It's sort of slow, but I don't really care.
I like to support their project because I like having a Swiss source and they take the SW development very seriously.
I was using Bitcoin.de for a long time, but they shitcoin, now, and their website looks increasingly messy and chaotic.
I've done a lot of company audits and @npub1sqzr...vk7v doesn't do or say anything that sends off my inner alarm. They're reassuringly dull.
Their Lightning wallet is in beta. Just wait a bit.
