Personally I think we should dig a large pit, toss them into the pit, pour just a little bit of fuel over each one of them before tossing them in, then set it on fire.

Leo is right and offers a viable solution in his suggestion regarding politicians. My “let god sort them out” was tongue-in-cheek, not my belief because we’d have to agree on who’s god first. (Kidding!)
Politicians only reflect the part of society that thinks it would know better what to do with other people money, either straight corruption or genuinely for the good of society. Those not following that cult are not represented.
