I built a self-contained guide for our internal Multisig rotation for replacing affected Coldcard seeds and i'm publishing it as an #nsite:

Replace an affected Coldcard seed using an offline, analogue-first process.

My heart goes out to everyone affected. We are all dealing with a shitstorm and we all need a little bit of help, especially people who can't run TailsOS and more technical tools. The guide uses physical randomness, offline tools, has printable worksheets for coin flips/playing cards, BIP-39 lookup table and deliberate verification. I'm publishing it as an , because it is actually verifiable, static, has no dependencies, makes no network calls and is self-signed by me which is very easily verifiable including the sha256 hashes below. #thankYouNostr I've tried to make it as simple and cover as many common devices as possible that people may have, but the complexity still exists because you need to calculate the checksum and need a trusted dumb airgapped generator for that. The best we have are @SeedSigner, @npub1j0dm...lwm0 and #krux, if you have those. If not use Trezor or Coldcard (empty) after upgrading the firmware if your device survives.
