I'm one click zapping on Android. Primal -> WebLN -> NWC -> Alby, all within Spring, the nostr browser. That was quite a puzzle. Wallet Connect coming to Spring in the next release.

I'm working on it. Right now I can connect Mutiny and payment requests arrive to it and I confirm them, but it doesn't publish an NWC reply event (23915), which means I treat the payment as timed-out. @Tony is this an intended behavior?
But Mutiny won't work inside the Spring itself for now, there are too many errors in console and it keeps crashing, I think it's related to wasm and service workers support inside WebViews, so it's not trivial to fix. You'll have to run Mutiny in Chrome or elsewhere.
I sent req af683cfeca67b1277bb95cc698b6b3a8356582d8092f4f61df733edc72c4eb9a and see it in Mutiny tab in nostr.mutinywallet.com connection messages, I confirm the payment in Mutiny, it gets to Activity list as processed, but I don't see anything else sent back to your relay, which I assume means that NWC response wasn't published. There is "Sending message ..." with NWC response in console logs, but seems like it didn't make it to the relay connection.
Actually, Mutiny seems to work inside Spring! The issues might have been with the emulator, it's all ok on a real device. I would not actually use it this way, Spring is too unstable to let it host your wallet, but if you're adventurous...
