I posted this as a general rule of thumb for the no's My general rule of them for the yes is to only take advice from people who have what I want in that specific domain. If someone is more healthy than me, I'll look to take their advice on health. If someone is richer than me, I'll look to take their advice on finance. If someone has a happy marriage, I'll look to take their advice on marriage. If someone seems happier than me I'll look to take their advice on life.
