He should have used some of the money to buy up profitable businesses that could be used to pay the dividends and debts. That would have been smart. Like you couldnβt have just bought 500,000 bitcoin? You really needed 650,000?
Of course, even if they don't have to sell btc to pay dividends , they've already started selling mstr to pay dividends. Either way, it's dilutive in terms of btc per share.
If issuing new shares in order to raise the capital necessary to pay earlier promised dividends sounds like a ponzi, it's because it is.
