cool! I just started getting back into fasting and will be playing around with dry fasting soon. It's supposed to speed up autophagy and some folks find it easier than water fasting.

i’ve done 24 hour dry fast. i did not enjoy it nearly as much as a longer fast with water, electrolytes, and coffee
Body actually requests 1ml per kcal, when fasting it will requests significantly less because it doesn't need water to digest.
However is summer, you are losing more liquids.. I cannot do a fast with 0.5 L water a day.. but when cold outside that's the normal body requirement.( Or even less)
