Being legal is nice. $80/oz at the retail store, and I can grow in my yard, no worries.
As an individual you can grow up to 6 plants in Cali. I used to grow 6 at a time so I knew exactly what I was smoking. My Mom of all people brought me seeds from her trip to Amsterdam so I had to.
$80 an ounce is so funny. We used to pay $360 an ounce when I was in high school.
Once it went legal prices dropped quickly thanks to competition. My usual price I paid for an oz was $200. Can't complain about a +50% price drop π :SmokeTime:
Yeah I have yet to see an $80 oz here and much less the state tax on that is variable depending on the THC levels and local taxβ¦ since dispensaries opened I canβt find a legitimate dealer either itβs like all kids that want me to hit them up on instagram to buy glow in the dark nug spray pack shit π© lol

Grey market is still pretty active here thankfully, I think that has helped push retail price down. Lots (LOTS π) of online stores, with purchases mailed straight to your home. I use them still occasionally, the deals on extracts & edibles are often MUCH cheaper than retail. Many use Bitcoin/Monero for payments too, which is nice.
