There’s now growing evidence - and strong correlation - between solar storms and large (mag 6.5+) earth quakes. It’s been wild watching the geophysicists go nuts over this and all of the activity currently happening in space. It’s all connected.

Not needing to rely on infrastructure beyond what you deploy is a pretty sweet way to take a degree of sovereignty over your comms. And yea, while not common, you can sejd Bitcoin over radio -- though I imagine Cashu would be a lot easier and more practical. LF has Nostr set off on radio as well with his Hamstr project.
