They're great. I always get a ground pork/beef mix with a little liver ground in from them. The sausage was an extra treat today.
Not a huge fan of liver (unless itβs chicken or duck as a pate) but just a smidge mixed in might be ok.
Yes, I fully agree, I hate liver π With just a little mixed in it imparts a great "meaty" flavour without being overpowering. I get them to do 1lb each pork & beef, with one Oz of beef liver. Delicious & nutritious.
What happened to breakfast-only feedings?
She'll lick my plate when I'm done, not a full meal.

The next time you make chili or bolognese, get some liverwurst and put it in the mix. It adds a really good flavour. If you like that you know what to do ππ
