Yes, I fully agree, I hate liver ๐ With just a little mixed in it imparts a great "meaty" flavour without being overpowering. I get them to do 1lb each pork & beef, with one Oz of beef liver. Delicious & nutritious.

The next time you make chili or bolognese, get some liverwurst and put it in the mix. It adds a really good flavour. If you like that you know what to do ๐๐
